DroneSense provides mission-critical drone software for public safety organizations. When I began working with the team, marketing was founder-led—with no formal department, strategy, or scalable structure. As their fractional CMO, I created a clear growth strategy and rebuilt the foundation from the ground up. This included launching a new, user-friendly website, testing and optimizing digital ad campaigns, building SEO-driven content, managing events, establishing a consistent social media presence, and hiring an internal team + contractors. I also introduced sales enablement tools and cross-sell/upsell programs to help the sales team move faster and close more effectively.
