DroneSense provides mission-critical drone software for public safety organizations. When I began working with the team, marketing was founder-led—with no formal department, strategy, or scalable structure. Their website was outdated, they had no social presence, and while leads were coming in, the volume wasn’t nearly enough to hit their ambitious growth targets.

As their fractional CMO, I created a clear growth strategy and rebuilt the foundation from the ground up. This included launching a new, user-friendly website, testing and optimizing digital ad campaigns, building SEO-driven content, managing events, establishing a consistent social media presence, and hiring an internal team + contractors. I also introduced sales enablement tools and cross-sell/upsell programs to help the sales team move faster and close more effectively.
